1. I dance with a group or partner.... can we enter?
This competition is for individual dancers only. Sorry! Why not film yourself doing a solo piece instead and submit it?
2. What age must I be?
THERE IS NO UPPER AGE LIMIT. DANCERS MUST BE OVER 12 TO ENTER AND YOU SHOULD GET PARENTAL CONSENT BEFORE POSTING YOUR ENTRY ONLINE.
3.What styles can enter?
ALL STYLES!!! If you love ballet then dance away, hip hop... go for it! Whatever style is OK.
4.How is the competition judged?
OUR JUDGES WILL SELECT A SHORTLIST OF 5 FINALISTS BASED ON THE PUBLIC VOTES. THE FINALISTS WILL BE THEN BE EVALUATED BY OUR JUDGES AND THE WINNER AND RUNNER UP ANNOUNCED IN THE MARCH 2011 ISSUE OF DANCEASIA
5. What is the deadline for entries?
THE DEADLINE IS 31ST DECEMBER 2010... ENTRIES CAN BE SUBMITTED NOW. THE VOTING PERIOD LASTS UNTIL JANUARY 31ST 2011
6. I don't live in Hong Kong, can I enter?
ONLY RESIDENTS OF HONG KONG OR MACAU CAN ENTER THE COMPETITION.
VIDEO GUIDELINES
NB...MAKE SURE THAT WE CAN SEE YOUR DANCING IN FULL BODY LENGTH, FOR NO LESS THAN 1 MINUTES AND NO LONGER THAN APPROX 3 MINUTES. ALL VIDEOS WILL BE CHECKED BEFORE BEING POSTED ON THE VOTING PAGE. PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 48 HOURS FOR YOUR SUBMISSION TO BE APPROVED.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR THE GRAND PRIZE
The prize is personal and non-transferable.
Employees of the companies involved in the competition and their directly close family members are excluded from the competition.
Entering the competition confirms your acceptance of the conditions for the competition.
This competition is held by DanceAsia Media Limited, 1A Man Cheung Building, 15-17 Wyndham Street, Central
Your details will only be used for this competition and will be kept in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Any illegible or late entries and/or not in accordance with entry instructions and formal requirements will be automatically disqualified.
In case of suspicion of fraud or any influence of results, DanceAsia Media Limited has the right to exclude any user from the competition.
The applicable rules of the competition and winner(s)’s selection procedure are settled by DanceAsia Media Limited.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating you agree to release and hold harmless the organiser DanceAsia Media Limited from any and all liabilities of any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising or in connection with this contest, or the acceptance or use of any prize won.
OTHER
DanceAsia Media Limited reserves the right to amend the rules of the competition or cancel it at any time without prior notice.
